Supertec EGM-350T

Supertec Machinery will showcase the EASY-1224CNC at IMTS 2026, Booth #236922, highlighting a versatile CNC surface grinding solution designed for close-tolerance, repeatable grinding applications.

Part of Supertec’s EASY-CNC series, which is available in table sizes ranging from 8″ × 20″ to 24″ × 60″, the EASY-1224CNC combines Mitsubishi’s M80 CNC control with Supertec’s conversational i-Grind software to simplify programming while delivering the precision and flexibility required for modern manufacturing environments.

Designed for surface, contour, form, step, and slicing operations, the EASY-1224CNC allows operators to create grinding and wheel dressing programs through an intuitive graphical interface or traditional G- and M-code programming. Built-in grinding path simulation and graphical path display enable users to verify programs before machining begins, helping reduce setup time and improve process reliability.

The machine features a rigid Meehanite cast iron structure engineered for long-term stability and accuracy. Three servo-driven axes utilize precision ballscrews for precise positioning and repeatability, while high-rigidity linear roller guideways on the Y and Z axes provide smooth, stable movement during grinding operations. A 10 HP spindle motor paired with a 14-inch grinding wheel supports efficient material removal and productive cycle times.

Additional features include automatic wheel dressing compensation, programmable spark-out functions, multiple grinding modes, and part program storage for repeat jobs. Visitors to IMTS 2026 will be able to see the EASY-1224CNC live demonstrations at the Supertec booth.
