Supertec Machinery will showcase the PMGII-100CNC at IMTS 2026, highlighting a powerful solution for manufacturers requiring versatile, high-precision ID and OD grinding in a single setup.
The PMGII-100CNC is a turret-type CNC universal cylindrical grinder designed to maximize efficiency and reduce cycle time through multi-process grinding capability. Equipped with three programmable grinding wheels, a plunge-type OD wheel, an angle-head OD wheel, and an ID grinding wheel, the machine allows all grinding operations to be completed in a single chucking. This streamlined process improves accuracy, minimizes repositioning errors, and increases overall productivity for complex workpieces.
Built with a rigid ribbed-box machine structure and a high rigidity direct-drive B-axis rotary table, the PMGII-100CNC delivers outstanding stability, positioning accuracy, and grinding performance. The machine is equipped with Supertec’s iGrind graphical conversational interface, simplifying programming and wheel-forming operations while providing advanced grinding cycles for OD, ID, face, radius, thread, and profile grinding applications.
The standard tailstock configuration supports collet, chucking, and between-centers grinding applications, offering flexibility for a wide range of industries including aerospace, automotive, tooling, and precision component manufacturing. The PMGII Series is available in 24”, 40”, 60”, 78”, and 118”, five between-center capacities accommodating diverse production requirements.
Visitors to IMTS 2026 will experience firsthand how the PMGII-100CNC combines multitasking capability, precision engineering, and operator-friendly control technology to meet the evolving demands of modern manufacturing.
